TC243 Framework Agreement for Horticultural Machinery and Services

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for Horticultural Machinery and Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Authority requires a Provider to supply, on both a hire and purchase basis, a range of Horticultural Equipment ("Equipment") together with any required parts and consumables ("Parts"). The Authority may also require the provision of full maintenance services in respect of hired Equipment, as more particularly detailed in the Specification ("Maintenance").
