Manchester City Council is prepared to receive tenders for the Provision of Bikeability Training which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package provided. The contract will deliver training in accordance with Cycle Training Standards Board (CTSB), Bikeability Standard Levels 2 and 3 (“the Bikeability Standard”), to children across Manchester. The Core Service will comprise delivery of cycle training for Years 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and it is the Council’s intention to train the minimum target number of 2500 (individual trainees) children per year.
