The requirements of the contract is to provide universal and preventative support to carers, targeted low level support to prevent carers breakdown and intervention support via a carers assessment and or emergency plan. Some carers who meet the eligibility criteria may be entitled to a personal budget will be to support the carer on maintaining their well-being and caring role for as long as they are willing and able.The current maximum level of funding for this service is 253,200 per annum.
