What the buyer wrote

Derby City Council (DCC) has a legal duty under Section 46, Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 to arrange a cremation or a burial for a person who has died within our area where no suitable funeral arrangements have been, or are being, made. If this request is not approved the Council will be in breach of it legal duty. There are no in house resources that are able to provide this contract and we would be in breach of our legal duty of we are unable to provide this service.
