The Authority is seeking to appoint a single contractor to undertake the supply and installation of upvc windows and doors to Council owned properties via a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments. The contract term will be for a period of 5 years commencing on the 1 April 2020 until the 31 March 2025. The terms and conditions of the contract shall expire at 23.59 on the 31 March 2025.
