The Council is looking to appoint a main contractor for the redevelopment of the site to provide a 3 level decked car park, consisting of ground and 2 upper floors. The new car park is to be formed of a modular steel frame system in accordance with the Employers Requirements. Please refer to the minimum requirements identified in the ITT.
