Technical Advice related to the development of the Woodsmith Mine

The purpose of the service to be provided is to enable the Authority to consider and process condition verification applications and other relevant planning submissions and S106 submissions in a timely and effective manner. The scale and nature of the proposed development requires a number of comprehensive and detailed planning matters to be addressed. These require the submission and agreement of a number of technical reports and plans which will need professional scrutiny to provide advice to NPA officers to enable the determination of relevant submissions.
