North Tyneside Council are looking to procure a research organisation to act as a ‘partner’ to undertake key research projects, which will enable it to measure a set of questions linked to the priorities of the Plan. The key research projects will include the council’s: • Residents’ Survey; • Team and Pulse Surveys and; • Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey It is proposed that one organisation be appointed to provide the Service, allowing for the development of a ‘rich picture of data’ that will show comparisons and contrasts across a set of key measures.
