For the purpose of this contract, Cleaning Standards will be set focusing on the Employers expectations on cleanliness. These are the basic standards which the Employer requires to be achieved. The Contractor will be required to review the Key Performance Indicators (the indicators) for each area or element on a regular basis to aid the process of continuous improvement.
