The Charity requires that the Investment Agent is a qualifying investment manager must be a registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisor Act of 1961, or a bank or insurance company, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority The Charity requires the successful supplier to manage the funds on behalf of the Charity in accordance with the required Charity Commission and other legal requirements placed on NHS charities.
