Tender for the Provision of Structural Repairs The work comprises of structural repair works to Council owned properties within Sandwell. The properties consist of all municipal housing, varying in age from five to one hundred and fifty years, of both traditional and systems built construction and are approximately 29,000 in number within the Contract Area. Structural repair works will be identified through structural investigation reports undertaken by Sandwell MBC Structural Engineers and will be instructed on an ad hoc basis.
