THE SERVICE Cherwell District Council, South Northamptonshire Council and Oxford City Council (‘the Authorities’) are inviting Tenders for the Supply and Fitting of Tyres (the Service’) in accordance with the attached documents. The Authorities intend to award a contract for a period of three years from 1st November 2016 with the opportunity, purely at the discretion of the Councils and in agreement with the contractor, to extend the contract by up to a further two years.
