In progressing its agenda to provide more homes for affordable rent within the borough, Corby Borough Council is looking to redevelop its underutilised residential garage areas, while also “piloting” the use of off-site construction techniques. To this end the former garage area at Wilby Close has been identified as a site to provide 3no. new two-bedroom / three or four person prefabricated modular bungalows (see tender documentation for more details).
