The successful provider will be required to deliver Termination of Pregnancy services for the registered populations of the following Commissioners/Contracting Authorities (1) NHS Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG, (2) NHS Wolverhampton CCG and (3) NHS Walsall CCG. The contract duration will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. Please note, during the term of the agreement, Birmingham and Solihull CCG may become responsible for commissioning services for the registered GP patient population of West Birmingham.
