What the buyer wrote

The National Measurement & Regulation Office (NMRO) has a requirement for the testing of wine coolers (wine storage appliances) to verify compliance with the following regulations (and any amendments to these): • EC No 643/2009 (Ecodesign requirements for household refrigerating appliances). • EU No 1060/2010 (Energy labelling of household refrigerating appliances). Testing may be used as part of a criminal investigation. Therefore the supplier must confirm that they can fulfil the evidential traceability requirements laid out in ISO 17025 for supplying evidence that may be used as part of a prosecution.
