Thamesmead Towers Window Replacement

Peabody is undertaking a procurement exercise for the execution of window replacement, concrete repairs, ventilation works and other associated repair to fifteen 13 storey tower locks at Thamesmead SE London. The procurement includes two lots: Lot 1 - 6 No. towers requiring the above works: Lot 2 - 9 No. towers requiring the above works. The planned delivery period for all works is for contractor appointment September 2018 and completion late 2019. A separate contractor will be selected for each Lot.
