The Academy Grimsby – Phase 3 Development

Redevelopment of part of the existing Academy building to accommodate new classrooms, science laboratories, workshops, care suite, offices and 6th Form. An Enabling contract should have been executed prior to these works commencing dealing with the soft strip, demolition and some of the structural alterations. An asbestos strip out has also been undertaken although asbestos remains within the floor void and ceilings. The potential contractor is required to note the demanding programme and is to allow for resourcing the contract accordingly.
