The ARTches Project - Alteration & Refurbishment Works

Portsmouth City Council (the Council) is seeking to procure a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to undertake the following construction works: 1. Enclosure, refurbishment, services and fit‐out of the arches and internal spaces to form artists workshops, retail, brasserie, interpretation space / display area, management office, meeting room and storage facilities. 2. Relocation and re‐provision of the existing public conveniences including disabled person’s facility. 3. All associated infrastructure, external works and landscaping (including cycle parking). 4.
