Charnwood Borough Council wishes to enter into a contract with a catering organisation that will provide a consistent, high quality and cost effective service to visitors, customers and officials from the Queens Park Café located within Charnwood Museum, which is situated in Queens Park, Loughborough. The basis of the proposed contract is to receive a guaranteed rent from the Supplier who will earn their income from profits achieved above and beyond this rent and other agreed cost payable to the Council, which include utilities, telephone and waste/refuse collection.
