A priority of Winchester City Council ("the Council") is 'Living Well' in that all residents live healthy and fulfilled lives. The Council recognises that its residents are living longer and want to ensure the district offers the right mix of facilities for all ages and abilities. In support of the above, the Council are proposing to replace the out of date & dilapidated pavilion at North Walls Recreation Ground, Winchester, SO23 7DD with a new pavilion (cricket).
