A suite of tools to enable the manufacture of a complete set of wing covers Port, Starboard, Upper & Lower. The wing covers will be manufactured from Aerospace pre-preg composite materials which will be cured in the National Composites Centre large autoclave. Each of the cover assemblies will consist of a cover panel as well as integral stringers. The tools in scope for this project will include all mold tools as well as all lifting and handling provision to enable the manufacture of all constituent parts and the integration of these parts into their respective assemblies.
