The Group acknowledges that in order to assist with the cost effectiveness of the servicing contract minor repairs will also be part of this contract on the following conditions; Repairs must be carried out whilst on site servicing – not a return visit, unless it is to return to the same site to service another unit. Remedial servicing repairs (not requiring prior authorisation) will not exceed £250.00 (including parts, labour & VAT). Details of remedial repairs and costs should be included on the worksheet that accompanies the invoice.
