The Authority is seeking to: • Establish a framework with up to three suppliers to provide the capital projects for the below types of work:- a) Play park refurbishment (including minor building works, some fencing) and Park works including Landscaping b) Flooding prevention, Drainage c) Planting d) Footpaths e) External lighting and f) Minor building works To allow earlier contractor involvement in the design process, deliver the projects in an efficient manner and obtain a greater level of cost certainty for proposed projects earlier in the process.
