The Provision of a Core+ 2 Service on behalf of NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group

NHS SBS are acting on behalf of NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group ('the Contracting Authority')) to obtain a Provider to deliver a clinically safe and competent Core+ 2 Service which is designed to improve outcomes and reduce variation across the whole of the Rochdale Borough covering a population base of approximately 230,000 patients. The Provision of the Core+ 2 Service consists of seven themes, with each theme containing sub indicators, of which can be viewed within the Service Specification located on the EU-Supply Portal.
