The Provision of a Grounds Maintenance Minor Works Service

Hertfordshire County Council has a requirement for a Grounds Maintenance Minor Works Service. This service comprises of five main contract package Lots (areas), as listed below, with regular, allocated work within each Lot as detailed in the Specification, Schedule 1 of the Conditions of Contract. In addition, there is a Schedule of Rates (Lot 6 ) for non-regular work that may be required throughout any of the main contract package Lots at any time throughout the life of the Contract and this work will be ordered on an as required basis.
