What the buyer wrote

Telecare Support Service is a service which contributes to the health and wellbeing of residents. An effective service will respond to telecare alerts or calls and ensure suitable assistance or reassurance is provided quickly for individuals who may otherwise have been unable to summon assistance and therefore help individuals to remain living independently in their own home. The Service will work with the Council to support as many households/units as required throughout the contract period and to collect individuals contributions accurately and promptly and make appropriate payments to the Council.
