Bournemouth Council has awarded a contract for the provision of specialist advice to Environmental Health Staff and Planning Officers on contaminated land matters. More specifically the work includes specialist advice for part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and expert advice on planning applications. This is a two-year contract with the option to extend annually for a further two years. Therefore if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for four years.
