NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the Provision of an Interim Evaluation Leading to a Summative Assessment for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded Health Innovation Exchange (HIE) project. In brief, the requirement is two-fold: 1. To conduct an Interim Evaluation to inform and shape the delivery of the latter stages of the HIE project, and ensure the monitoring and data capture enables a robust Summative Assessment at the end of the project. 2.
