The Provision of Cleared Sites Services 2018 to 2022

There is a provision for a framework of one supplier to carry out the Cleared Sites Contract, which is used to manage and maintain cleared Council-owned sites (predominantly housing demolition sites) prior to their eventual disposal and/or development. The 4 year work programme indicates the potential land area to be maintained year on year but this is only indicative as a number of external factors could impact on when land is required for disposal and/or development.
