The Provision of Graphic Design, Video & Animation

Barnsley Council is looking to set up a framework agreement across 7 Lots with up to 15 suppliers per lot, with organisations, companies, and freelancers who will work in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing team to deliver high quality, innovative, creative and value for money design, video and animation. Organisations, companies, and freelancers will be commissioned by the communications and marketing team to undertake activities that deliver the services required by business units across the Council.
