The provision of Payment and Merchant Acquring Services

Bristol City Council is currently looking for a comprehensive Income Payment solution including a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and Merchant Acquirer (MA). At Bristol City Council we have a desire to rationalise our contractual and technological landscape. We have some other payment systems that which we would potentially replace with the new solution when they reach end of contract. These include Merchant Acquirer services for car parks, library kiosks and face to face payments in our Customer Service Point.
