The Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of Malmberg Biogas Upgrading Plants (BUPs)

Severn Trent Water (STW) currently have x2 Malmberg Biomethane Upgrading Plants (BUP's) in operation at the Minworth & Strongford Sewage Treatment Works, which purify the gas produced to ensure it meets with the UK GSMR specification before it is injected into the grid. STW has an obligation to ensure that the BUP's are serviced, maintained and operate at maximum efficiency with minimal downtime. STW would therefore like to tender out this requirement to a suitable bidder with a 4-year contract term being proposed, enabling STW to secure a competent servicing provide.
