The Provision of Supported Housing and Outreach Services for Adults with Learning Difficulties

Warrington Borough Council is looking for Providers who are able to offer flexible support services to individuals with learning disabilities across Warrington to join a Framework. The service will promote independence, enablement and inclusion with service users who have moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities. Service Users may be living in individual or shared supported tenancies or with parents or family carers. The aim of the framework will be to provide high quality, effective and safe services that support people to lead their own lives in the community.
