The contract is to appoint a Lead provider to deliver the Families Team element of the Resilient Families Service (RFS). The team will work with families assessed as requiring early interventions where coordinated and multi-agency support is required. The Families Team will also receive cases transferred from the other RFS teams on completion of successful outcomes to provide support to build resilience. The team will have a good understanding of evidence relating to promoting change in families and consider the known risk factors that may occur during this process.
