The intention is to appoint between 7 -15 haulage contractors for this service. Pricing will be based on defined radius mileage rates (reviewed annually). Participating contractors will be required to accept the rates or submit a percentage increase or decrease against them. The evaluation criteria will be 20% Quality and 80% Price. A 3% rebate on annual turnover will apply to this Agreement.
