Manchester Central are looking to go to tender for the hire of Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware (CCG) for a diverse range of events from intimate corporate functions to large scale banquets. The hire of CCG is required to top up Manchester Centrals own existing stock. Due to the nature of the events industry, there is no average quantity of stock required as it is dependent on the number of events in the venue at any one time and what catering requirement are needed.
