To ensure that the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and Rutherford Indemnity Ltd (its captive insurer which insures nuclear liability risk) are prepared to operationally respond to "off-site" and transportation liability claims events, Rutherford have engaged the services of Marsh Ltd to create a Claims Management Plan ("the Plan").
