Tier 2 Dementia training pilot for Social Care Workforce

SCIE will undertake a pilot to test the blended learning approach on 2 of the 12 Tier 2 modules between January 2020 - April 2020. An iterative approach should be taken to ensure that the language and content is context specific and appropriate for the audience. This requires: - Training materials explicitly mapped against 2 of the 12 topics that make up the Tier 2 level of the Dementia Framework, based upon a blended learning approach which would include e-learning modules and support resources for training leads or managers (identified as the preferred approach in the scoping phase).
