Second Floor Cockcroft Laboratory redevelopment 3. Library redevelopment project final phase The Newton redevelopment lasts for 20 months. The Cockcroft laboratory project will last 4 months whilst the Library project will last 6 months. There will be a gap of approximately 8 weeks between the end of the Cockcroft Project and the commencement of the Library project so cameras can be de-rigged and set up in the Library project.
