Together for Families Data System

Cornwall Council is seeking a data system to support the expanded phase 2 TF programme. The technical requirements of a data system for the TF programme are complex. They require the ability to match multiple large-scale datasets of varying quality that do not always share common identifiers, so that single record views can be created for thousands of individuals covering a wide range of service provision. These records need to be collated into household units, in order to produce a full picture of the number and extent of problems affecting the family, and what services are already engaged with them.
