Tower Hamlets CCG - Voices2 – Capturing Bereaved Carer’s Experience of Local Services

To capture the experiences of last years of life services by engaging with bereaved carers. This information will be used to improve services and highlight good practice. To undertake qualitative research into the needs and experiences of local residents, their families and carers during the last months and days of life and beyond. Intelligence obtained will enable evaluation of current services; provide evidence for new interventions and a baseline for evaluation, placing emphasis on understanding the perceptions of service users.
