What the buyer wrote

Billericay Town Council has the responsibility to maintain two small garden areas in the town at the Northern end of the High Street. Jim Shields Garden (at the end of the High Street adj. Masons Butchers) is a small grassed area containing planters and trees. This requires grass cutting only. Festival Gardens is a larger memorial garden situated in Crown Road/Norsey Road where residents and workers can go for peace and tranquility away from the High Street. See tender specification for details of all work required. Contractors are asked to submit quotes for one year and three year contracts
