What the buyer wrote

This notice is to advise of a variation to the current contract for the provision of services to deliver Trade and Investment Advocacy Fund (TAF2 Plus). The contract commenced on 22 February 2017 and was due for the expiry on 30 June 2025. FCDO plans to extend the contract to 30 April 2026. The contract will be extended under the provisions of Regulation 72 (b) (ii) A change of contractor would cause significant inconvenience and duplication of costs for the period over which we are requesting an extension. It would be disruptive to downstream suppliers and beneficiaries. There is no increase in financial limit of the contract.
