Training Management System for Historic England's Sector Training Offer

We require a Training Management System (TMS) that will administer all processes involved in managing and delivering our external training offer, including developing course programmes and designs, advertising and promotion, booking, communications, pre and post-course learning, evaluation, and reporting. The system will need to be made up of a Back End (used by the Administrators), and a Front End (used by external delegates).
