Training on the Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression

We're looking for a supplier who will work with us to make sure our colleagues are able to assess risk to ensure their own personal safety, along with that of customers and others. Whether they're lone working in the community, visiting customers in their homes, or providing one-to-one support to a customer with complex needs - we want to equip them with the knowledge and skills to recognise triggers and warning signs of escalation to prevent and manage violent or aggressive behaviour.
