The IFR building will be returned to its owner, the Biotechnology & Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC). The BBSRC plans to commission an independent review to establish the suitability of the building (in whole or in part), its outbuildings and surrounding site for alternative uses and/or asset disposal.
