Aims To provide NOC with a focused and proactive Health and Wellbeing service which will benefit staff and managers, and reduce absenteeism for the group of employees whose sickness absence is high. The Provision of occupational health services will be provided to all NERC staff based at the two National Oceanography Centres sites.
