Goods and Services will be commissioned via Purchase Orders under the NR13(D) Framework Agreement. Works to plant will be governed by NR18(S) PO Conditions and Supply of Goods will be governed by NR1(S) PO Conditions. The Commission Procedure (Schedule 1) outlines how POs are issued, accepted, and managed including escalations.
