The Hub has provided support for Ukrainian guests on the "Homes for Ukraine Scheme", and for some Family Visa guests who have resided locally. The support has covered initial arrival issues, immediately after the guests have arrived in the UK or arrived in Southend. There has also been ongoing support that has been provided to guests as they have settled into life in Southend. ESOL classes have also been provided, and this is an expectation of the contract.
