The scope of the contract also includes Category A to E food hygiene inspections on behalf of Borough of Poole. The Borough of Poole currently deliver food hygiene inspections in house but are likely to access this contract during peak periods for inspections where there is not staff availability. Bournemouth Council will require the supplier to undertake up to 800 inspections a year but the Council does not guarantee any number of inspections.
